EDWARD JOSEPH: The most luxurious hand knit scarves in the fashion industry

Edward Joseph is a contemporary designer collection of hand knit scarves by Patrick McDonough. Patrick, a Boston native, lives and works in New York City and East Hampton, New York.  The line is named for his father, yet the true inspiration comes from his mother, Eileen, who hand knit a multitude of sweaters for his entire extended family throughout his life. With a background in fine arts, Patrick is the founder and creative director of PMcD Design Ltd., an Emmy award winning design and motion graphics studio.
McDonough's passion for knitting is founded in the familiar meditation, in the rhythms of color and texture used in creating these one of a kind pieces.
Hand knit in combinations of the highest quality natural fibers, including silk, cashmere, and hand-dyed wool, these simple unique pieces provide more than warmth and protection, they offer up McDonough's focused style in an object both beautiful and wearable.

These scarves are gorgeous.
